1. Data Processing

Uploaded invoice files (PDFs, images) are processed in-memory solely to extract transaction data and generate your requested spreadsheets. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your financial or invoice data, nor do we train public AI models with your documents.

2. Payments & Third Parties

All payment transactions are handled securely by our Merchant of Record payment processors. We never store, transmit, or process your credit card numbers or raw billing credentials on our servers.

3. Data Retention

Processed temporary file buffers are automatically purged immediately after extraction and download compilation. Basic account information is retained only as long as necessary to maintain active user access and credit balances.
